Checkfacts, I don't know who you are. But, I do know this... You are a piece of garbage. The internet was made for people like you to never have to face anyone you make comments about. I bet you are like 5 foot 4... weighing in at about a buck 10...dripping wet. Got beat up and received wedgies and swirlies regularly in highschool?

I'm willing to bet I am spot on with this assessment. What a wonderful life you have. Enjoy!

Very classy comment. Let's hope the young man learned his lesson and moves on from this problem.

Screw that other dumb ass, I agree with you. I use to run track here at UNT and I can assure you I don't weigh a 'buck 10' if it make this point more valid. This player is dumb. So now not only do we have a bunch of druggies playing football but felons too. Wow! Hey here is an idea... let's get them a new football stadium to play in, hmm? How about that? Doesn't that sound like a good idea? I'm sorry but every year the people at this university just seem to get dumber and dumber. I think every member of the team this season who has so much as a single discrepancy on their record should be cut. Boohoo I have to do community service for 20 hrs, big deal I've done more for a class. Or boohoo I can't play anymore this season, with how bad they suck I wouldn't even want to. And any physical punishment like running.... running.. Really? You have got to be joking me. the guy does something bad and you're going to train him more, he's already in the best shape of his life, running him won't do anything he's use to being tired by now. And if he's not then the coaches aren't doing their job right. I don't know about the rest of you, but I do not want to be represented by a bunch of losers like these guys have shown themselves to be.

actually as if it matters I am a bit over 6' tall and have only been in two small fights in my life and have never been beat up

just because you feel sorry for some fool means nothing to me.....the piece of garbage it the idiot that had a free ride for college and screwed it up because he could not resist the urge to steal someones credit card

just shows how far society has fallen when some idiots actually take up for people who have things HANDED TO THEM for playing FOOTBALL and then when they screw up people still want us to cry and feel bad for him....I don't feel bad for him one bit I feel he is a complete and total idiot that probably has a life of crime ahead of him and he was a waste of time and space on a college campus especially when it was FREE

just because he was a "warrior" on your beloved HORRIBLE mean green football team does not make him any less of an idiot that your common ordinary idiot street criminal.....in fact to me it makes him worse....because he HAD NO REASON TO STEAL.....he had a FREE PLACE TO LIVE....FREE FOOD......FREE PLACES TO WORK OUT......FREE CLOTHING.....ALL UTILITIES COVERED.....AND TO TOP IT OFF A FREE EDUCATION.....and he flushed it down the toilet

that makes him a bigger loser than just a common criminal....because he has NO EXCUSE.....because it was all covered....almost everything he needed to get by for the next 4 years was right there for FREE.....much less an education....FREE

just a giant loser and so are those that cry for him and bash others that call his ignorant ass out

yes I am sure he will "learn his lesson" since all criminal college football players "learn their lesson".....oh wait the vast majority don't they go right back out and do the same stupid things over and over again

including one currently playing for UNT right now

    http://www.dentonrc.com/sharedcontent/dws/drc/sports/stories/DRC_UNTFootball_1121.1d24c8bbc.html

UNT starting middle linebacker Tobe Nwigwe continued to play for the Mean Green during the 2007 season while facing theft charges that resulted in his parole being revoked last November.

Nwigwe was on probation on a 2006 charge of criminal trespass when Denton police arrested him on a theft charge on Jan. 26.

Nwigwe was sentenced to 120 days in jail and returned to the team after serving his sentence. He is UNT's leading tackler this season with 99 stops.

so here is another idiot right on the criminal green right now that could not even wait until he was off of probation to go out and commit another theft......even after 120 days in jail he is right back sucking up resources and wasting space in college classes as a two time loser

yea that is "keeping it classy" and that is "learning a lesson"......maybe the reason these fools never learn and continue to do the same things over and over is because dunces like you coddle them crime after crime and make up wild stories on greentintedhomers.com about massive cover ups and girls not wanting to know they let a loser use their card......when the idiot rucker ADMITTED he stole the card

and if this was UT, OU, Tech or any other school your loser ass would be right there talking trash about a team of criminals, criminal coddling coaches, todge would never allow this here we run a "classy program" and on and on

the sad reality is you already have a two time loser on your team with toby N and now you will probably have another felon on your team when todge lets this slide

other teams may have their fair share of idiot loser criminals.....but hell at least they win a game or 5......UNT can't even claim that now.....and you sure can't claim a "clean classy program" with a two time loser who could not even get off probation before he got caught stealing again and rucker playing for you

    To Phff:

Let me get this straight. Rucker is facing up to two years in jail time, up to $10,000 fine, will probably have his scholarship revoked, and has had to face the embarrassment of having his name thrown in the papers, but you still want more punishment?? Whats left? Lethal injection??

Seriously you say you used to run track here at UNT, did you never make mistakes as a college student? Lets not kick the man while he is down.

Oh, and where were you last a couple of weeks ago when the story about two of your buddies from the track team failed drug tests?

It sounds like you have a vendetta out against the football team, and that might be the "hip" thing to do now but at least make logical points when you go to bashing them.

As someone who does run track here at UNT... no, I don't make "mistakes" like credit card fraud. Credit card fraud can hardly be called a "mistake," especially if there are two charges for it. Depending on the individual case, it is somewhat like burglarizing a home or business. Hardly just a "mistake."

And yes, much of us heard about the track athletes failing the tests. And yes, most of us feel it is absurd that one must fail four drug tests in order to get our scholarships revoked. All the same, smoking dope (or whatever it was, considering I don't know/care who or what) isn't in the same category for me as theft (most likely) on a large scale.
