I can't believe that people still do not realize that Tanning Beds are horrible for your skin and increase risk of cancer. Shouldn't this be common sense by now?

Sarah, I was thinking the same thing. Stop the presses! This just in: Eating too much McDonald's causes obesity!

I think people do know that tanning beds cause skin cancer, it even mentions that in the article, but they would rather look good and have skin cancer than look a little pale and be healthy. Same with McDonalds, everyone knows how insanely bad for you it is (I don't know about you, but I can taste the fakeness in every bite) but they'd rather have good food (which isn't that good) than be healthy. Well, they can stuff themselves all they want and tan all they want, but the people who resist will be the ones that actually live passed 40 years old a healthy life.

Tanning beds are bad for you, but sunlight gives you vitamin D and is healthy for you. Just make sure to not get too much at one time. As you get it little by little, your skin gets darker. If someone does not exercise at all and then does a lot his first time, he can die. If you are pale and go to the equater and sunbathe all day, you will have 3rd degree burns all over your body and will need to go to the hospital.

Kevin Trudeau says in Natural Cures,

"In the Natural Cures book I talk about the fact that the sun does not cause skin cancer. The sun is needed for life. If you do not spend time in the sun you will be sick. The sun is vital for health, longevity and to be disease free....Without sunlight you develop diseases including depression, lack of energy, poor sleep, poor digestion, weight gain, arthritis, constipation, bad breath, body odor, cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, ADD, stress, headaches, susceptibility to colds, flus and viral infections, PMS, male erectile dysfunction, loss of sexual desire in women, infertility anxiety and more."
