    Burgundy's may have a chic atmosphere and an impressive wine and cocktail selection, but, unfortunately, great value isn't on the menu at this Denton steak and seafood restaurant. We visited this upscale eatery at 222 W. Hickory St. with intentions to treat ourselves to a high-class meal, but we left disappointed and each about $35 poorer. (4) comments

    The Dallas Museum of Art offers the chance for artists at all levels of experience to improve their artistic abilities with free instruction from professional and practicing artists every week. The museum offers free sketching classes called "Sketching in the Galleries" for members of the community. (0) comments

A Rockwall native with no formal musical training, Castro auditioned for American Idol in Dallas and has climbed his way through the competition, securing a spot in the top 12 contestants.     UNT Gets a Taste of North Texas By: Kyle Philips Food fans from all around North Texas lined up at the University of North Texas Coliseum Thursday night as the 19th annual Taste of North Texas served up tasty treats from local restaurants around the Denton area to help raise money for a charitable cause.     NT athletics director Rick Villarreal gave students a tour of Fouts Field Tuesday. During the tour, he pointed out the poor state of the stadium and the football program. KNTU's Joe Carter has more.
