    More than functional art, tattoos are storylines

So when word reached my ears about a film that finally paired martial arts greats Jackie Chan and Jet Li, I was drooling with anticipation. Opening today, "The Forbidden Kingdom" is a children's movie, or "family film" as they are called now, and does not exactly deliver what the hardcore action fans of Chan and Li might want.     Rockers host Dallas concert in benefit for Multiple Sclerosis

    Fourteen heavy metal bands will take the stage in Dallas this weekend. For this show, the hard-rock anthem will not be, "stick it to the man," but instead, they aim to "stick it" to multiple sclerosis.     We expected the food at Catfish King to have a special homegrown taste, but this particular chicken and seafood establishment turned out not to be such a great catch. The Southern-style restaurant at 2220 W. University Dr. appears to have seen a lot of things in its many years in Denton, which deceived us into thinking we might be stumbling into a secret magical place. (3) comments

    The multicultural greek sorority Lambda Theta Alpha is hosting a charity fashion show for its national philanthropy Future Urban Teens United and Ready for Opportunity on April 21.
