    A police officer was nearly hit by a vehicle in the Fry Street area near the corner of Hickory Street. The vehicle was later found and stopped south of campus on Eagle Drive. The driver, Charles Ferbrache, 42, was intoxicated, police said, and was arrested and transported to Denton County Jail, according to police reports.

    A UNT staff member reported a bronze statue stolen from 510 Bernard St. near Sorority Row. A police officer responded and made note of it in a report. No further details were available.

    Sophomore dance major Erin Clegg was found in possession of less than four ounces of marijuana at R-Bar on 827 W. Eagle Dr., according to police reports. He was arrested and transported to Denton County Jail.

    Jordan Knight was arrested for theft of service for refusing to pay his bar tab at Lucky Lou's on 1207 W. Hickory St., according to the report. He was later arrested and taken to Denton County Jail.
