    Man arrested for outstanding warrant

    Tuesday, Nov. 18
    Forrest Rucker, 18, turned himself in to NT police because of his warrant for credit card abuse. Police took the NT student to the Denton County Jail.
    NT police found that an impound boot had been stolen from a vehicle on Welch Street. It is unknown who stole the boot.
    Police pulled over Justin Sanders, 21, who had a warrant for burglary, at 10:18 p.m. in the 2000 block of Chestnut Street. Police arrested and transported him to the Denton County Jail. B&O Towing towed the vehicle.
    NT police stopped Edgar Alvarez, 24, who was intoxicated, at about 2 a.m. at The Tavern on Avenue A and transported the NT student to Denton City Jail.

    Monday, Nov. 17
    NT police pulled over David Williams, 27, for hitting a highway fixture and speeding on South Bonnie Brae Street. Williams had a suspended driver license, an expired inspection and had warrants with Denton police and Farmers Branch police. He was arrested and transported to Denton City Jail.

    Thursday, Nov. 13
    At about 2 a.m., police pulled over Brandon Graham, 23, in the 1000 block of South Avenue C. The driver, police said, was driving recklessly and was in possession of marijuana, as was the passenger, 24-year-old Bryan Beasley. Police arrested both suspects and took them to Denton County Jail.
