    Women's basketball team aims to capture Kangaroos

    The Mean Green women's basketball is set to face the University of Missouri at Kansas City Kangaroos Saturday, looking to redeem NT's first stumble of the early season. NT fell short in Monday's game against the Marshall University Thundering Herd, so this game against UMKC couldn't come at a better time, head coach Shanice Stephens said. (0) comments

    NT reflects on rough season, young team

    Following a season in which 10 newcomers, including six freshmen, joined the squad, the NT volleyball team failed to make the Sun Belt Conference Tournament for the first time since joining the Conference in 2000.     Beginning Thursday, NT's swimming and diving team will compete in its second-most crucial event of the year, the Husker Invitational. "I feel pretty good. I'm real excited to see us swim," head coach Joe Dykstra said. "We've backed off our training load for the past few days. (0) comments
