College Cooking: Wonton Mini Taco Bowls

For an appetizer with a Latin vibe and Asian fusion, wonton mini taco bowls will do the trick. This dinner favorite takes a small twist to become a great finger food.
Ingredients:
24 Wonton wraps
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Sour cream
Mini muffin pan
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Place the wonton wraps in the mini muffin pan and bake for about 2 minutes.
Cook the ground beef until it is brown and add the taco seasoning.
Fill the wonton bowls with the seasoned ground beef, add salsa and cheese and bake for approximately seven minutes.
Garnish the mini bowls with more cheese, salsa and sour cream to taste.
