Mean Green football players high-five fans after a crushing win against Florida Atlantic University on Saturday. UNT defeated the Owls 31-10 increasing their win total to three games.


Junior running back Antoinne Jimmerson trots into the endzone during Saturday’s game. Jimmerson gained 111 yards and a touchdown against Florida Atlantic University.


Redshirt freshman quarterback Dajon Williams escapes the pocket during the game. Williams briefly entered the game while junior quarterback Andrew McNulty took most of the snaps.

The Mean Green Tailgatin’ Machine carries Scrappy and other students in the annual Homecoming Parade that traveled from UNT, through the Square and back to campus.


Fireworks light up the sky during the annual Homecoming bonfire on Friday night. Hundreds of students gathered to watch the bonfire and other activities next to Apogee Stadium.


Hundreds of students shuffle through campus on their way to the annual Homecoming bonfire. Talons was in charge of collecting and lighting the pallets on fire.


The Homecoming court poses with Scrappy at midfield during halftime. Entrepreneurship senior Maria Perez and financing and accounting senior Aaron Presley won Homecoming royalty.
