The adorable animals below have been crowned the pets of the week and are available for adoption at the Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center located at 3717 N. Elm St.

Adoption hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Peeal is a female Great Dane. She’s about 2 or 5 years old. Luna is a 1- or 2-year-old female Turkish Van.

Peeal is a gentle giant who hasn’t quite gained control of her long legs. She loves attention and will try to climb into your lap for a bear hug. Peeal interacts well with other dogs and is trained to sit on command.

Luna is a people person who welcomes all tummy rubs. She has a calm demeanor and enjoys finding a nice spot next to a window or curling up in your lap.

For more information or to see more animals at the shelter, call (940) 349-7594 or visit this website.
