The adorable animals below have been crowned the pets of the week and are available for adoption at the Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center located at 3717 N. Elm St.

Adoption hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Rascal is a male Chihuahua. He’s about 10 or 15 years old. Django is a 1- or 2-year-old male Tabby Buff.

Rascal is an older dog who tries his best to play but easily exhausts himself after a few rounds of fetch. Rascal is good with children and knows how to sit on command. He knows no stranger, instantly loving whoever walks past his cage.

Django is a curious cat who loves to check out the whole room before relaxing. She has a sweet side after exploring has been completed, often curling up and purring in your lap.

For more information or to see more animals at the shelter, call (940) 349-7594 or visit this website.
