The adorable animals below have been crowned the pets of the week and are available for adoption at the Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center located at 3717 N. Elm St.
Adoption hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Bunny is a female Labrador retriever. She’s about 2 or 5-years-old. Nemo the cat is a 1- or 2-year-old male tabby.
Bunny is shy at first but after warming up she can be quiet playful and is well behaved on a leash. Bunny likes to be around people and shows her love with hugs. Nemo is an active cat that enjoys company and is very talkative, often wanting a lap to rest in.
Since Pet of the Week began this summer 5 dogs have been adopted and are enjoying their forever home.
