Pets of the Week – July 26

Hannah Ridings | Visuals Editor
The adorable animals below have been crowned the pets of the week and are available for adoption at the Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center located at 3717 N. Elm St.
Adoption hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Kent is a male Terrier. He’s about 2 or 5 years old. Garfield is a 1- or 2-year-old male Tabby.
Kent at first is shy and quiet, who is uneasy about trusting and meeting new people. After Kent gets to know everyone, he’s an affectionate little guy with a big heart. Kent also walks well on a leash and enjoys a good roll in the grass.
Garfield lives up to his name, and he believes stretching is exercising and being held counts as completing his activities for the day. When he’s not letting you do all the work, he enjoys observing from a nice hiding spot.
