 Crowds of people enjoy a day of jazz on the grassy lawn of Denton’s Quakertown Park. Denton locals came prepared, bringing lawn chairs and blankets while they waited for the next band to take the stage.

Four-time Grammy winner Dr. John and the Night Trippers take the stage Saturday night. The audience danced while Dr. John and his band performed “How Come My Dog Don’t Bark?”

Two festival goers brave the muddy mess that was Quakertown Park. Though the weather was rough last weekend, it didn’t stop Dentonites and visitors from breaking attendance records.
